“Gemma did my makeup and hair as well as my mother’s and bridesmaids’ for my wedding. It was flawless! The bun stayed in tact and the makeup lasted all day. Not only is she extremely talented, she is such a lovely and warm-hearted person that helped me with the nerves the morning of! The trial really helped us figure out what look I wanted to go with and it was no trouble for Gemma to change any details, she went above and beyond staying until I was happy with it. Definitely recommend!”

“Gemma did mine and my wife’s hair and makeup for our wedding day. We were both so happy! Neither of us normally wear much makeup so Gemma was able to keep us looking natural but really using our natural features and colouring. The hair was wonderful too and was really what we wanted (just done in a much better way than I could describe). Gemma and her assistant, Jo, really listened to what we wanted and we’re great to work with. They made the getting ready part of our special day so chill. Friendly, warm and professional. I really would recommend! They went out of their way to make us feel so special and looked after!”

“Gemma was a godsend on my wedding day last weekend. She came to an apartment where my two bridesmaids and I were staying, then came on to my venue. We were all so pleased with our hair and makeup, especially as one of us was very anxious, another very panicked!, and myself as the bride completely clueless when it comes to makeup, and unsure what I’d wanted. Gemma was patient, kind, and reassuring throughout our contact, trial, and my wedding day, and she went above and beyond. Cannot recommend her highly enough”

“I booked my wedding hair and makeup with Gemma and it did not dissapoint, we had quite a big booking (myself, 5 bridesmaids, MOB & MOG) so was an early start at 7am. Gemma had an assistant Harriet working with her for the bridesmaids hairstyles. Gemma and Harriet both arrived on time, made us all feel at ease, were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble and the hair and makeup looked amazing. I have quite thin hair so was worried it wouldn’t stay in all day, I shouldn’t have somehow from the miracle of Gemma and her years of experience it stayed in all day, didn’t look thin was exactly what I had dreamed of. “Gemma made my hairstyle and make-up for my own wedding two days ago and the hairstyle of my mother. She was simply wonderful. I don’t normally use make-up and I wanted something simple. I didn’t even do any trials due to the long distance. Despite that, Gemma did a great job, she immediately understood what I asked for. She also had a calming effect on me, while she was working, I was very relaxed and confident that she was doing the right thing. Since I was going to change dress during the day (from the civil to the Indian wedding), she was able to match very well the make up for both ceremonies. The hair and makeup lasted all day through the warmth and dancing and made me feel like a better version of myself all day, and I even travelled home in my hair the next day. “I booked Gemma last year and the whole experience from start to finish has been great. We were staying in Fairford for a family wedding and she came to the cottage on the morning of the weeding to style both my daughters hair and myself along with having my make up done. She made me feel very relaxed and we all enjoyed the morning’s session. I don’t wear a lot of make up but Gemma pushed me out of my comfort zone and tried a few different styles which was amazing. My make up stayed on the whole day. Highly recommend Gemma for her professionalism, her lovely friendly nature and doing a fab job.”
