  • A contact number
  • Other information provided in your messages related to your needs
  • Your home and/or venue address(es)
  • Dates related to your event(s)

2.1 To provide our services, data will be shared for the following purposes:

  • To process quotations and invoices through an approved third-party supplier, Invoice Simple. For these purposes, the following client information will be shared: Name; Email address; Postal address; Phone Number. This information will be handled by Invoice Simple as a data processor and per the Invoice Simple Privacy Policy.
  • This site implements Google’s Invisible reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics. By navigating this website or submitting a message through the contact form, you consent to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service required by these technologies, which includes the storing and accessing of cookies. As a resident of the E.U., Google’s E.U. User Consent Policy also applies.
  • This site also utilises Automattic’s Akismet plug-in to support spam detection. By submitting a message through the contact form, you consent to Automattic’s Privacy Policy. This includes the storing and accessing of cookies.
  • When Gemma Hull Hair and Makeup cannot deliver your required service(s) in whole or in part, as described in their Terms and Conditions of Service, or in other extraneous circumstances where you would like help to find a replacement team to assist you. The data shared will be limited to the data specified in Paragraph 1.2 above.

2.2 Gemma Hull Hair and Makeup will not share your information with any third party, without consent, unless there is a lawful basis to do so, such as where safety may be at risk.
